This 4-story fast-track project serves an adjacent fabrication plant at the company's facility in Ocotillo, Arizona. The ground floor includes a cafeteria, training facility, labs and offices, with the upper three floors accommodating open office landscaping, a computer room for the fab, labs, conference rooms, locker rooms, and other support functions.

The 25,000 sf cafeteria features a kitchen capable of serving 1,300 meals during peak use, and dining room seating for 900. A landscaped dining courtyard is adjacent to the dining hall. This 320,000 sf $75M project was completed in 2002.
