HRGA was founded to provide the highest quality architectural services to a broad range of clients in both the public and private sectors throughout Northern California and the Western Region. We are dedicated to assisting our clients to achieve lasting project value through creative and cost-effective solutions. Our success springs from effective communication, creative problem-solving, teamwork and a proactive approach to service.
We embrace the technologies that improve coordination and communication with all project participants. As dedicated professionals, we maintain a high-level of project involvement, from start to finish, and thereby ensure delivery of each project’s goals and objectives. With the 2009 creation of the HRGA, The firm has been prospering with the leadership of Roland Ketelsen and Young Kim. They carry onto the legacy of Richard Harper, Ron Reta, and Lou Viani have built on last 35 years.
