Beginning in 1988 with FM3, the buildout of this growing campus was completed with design-build and fast-track design and construction. The campus masterplan envisioned a total of 2.4M sf and 9,500 parking spaces.

FM3 is a two-story general-purpose office building.
Floor area: 160,000 sf. Construction cost: $25M.

FM4 is a two-story office building that holds the distinction of being the company's fastest-completed project of its type.
Floor area: 160,000 sf. Construction cost: $25M. Project delivery: design-build.

FM5 is a four-story building that includes a cafeteria, training facility, visitor center, labs and offices on the ground floor. Upper floors accommodate open office space, a call center, labs, conference rooms, and support facilities. The 25,000 sf cafeteria features a kitchen capable of serving 1,300 meals during peak use and seating for 900 diners. An outdoor landscaped courtyard serves the dining hall. Energy efficient design features save the owner over $150,000 per year in operating costs.

Floor area: 325,000 sf. Construction cost: $45M. Project delivery: design-build.FM6 is a four-story building that includes a test floor on the ground floor, with upper floors accommodating open office space, conference rooms and labs.
Floor area: 325,000 sf. Construction cost: $55M.

FM7 is a four-story building with cafeteria, labs and offices on the ground floor, and the upper floors accommodating open office space, a computer room, labs, conference rooms, and support functions. Also included is a second 25,000 sf campus cafeteria with a kitchen capable of serving 1,300 meals during peak use, seating for 900 diners, and an adjacent outdoor landscaped courtyard.
Floor area: 325,000 sf. Construction cost: $55M.

FM8 is a four-story building that includes, labs and offices on the ground floor, and office space on the upper floors. Construction was started, but is on hold.
Floor area: 400,000 sf. Construction cost: $80M.

FM Parking Structure is designed for construction in two phases, and will accommodate 3,500 cars. The structural system consists of cast-in-place concrete shear walls with post-tensioned concrete floor decks, combined with pre-cast concrete columns and beams. Construction was started but is on hold.
Floor area: 1,000,000 sf.
