HRGA

The project aims to develop 320 market-rate rental apartment units on a 15-acre vacant lot located in Rocklin, California. The village includes the club centers, an outdoor swimming pool, and a walking trail along the existing creek at the south. The unit mix includes 3-story walk-ups and townhome style to accommodate the market demand. 

The total gross building area is approximately 515,000 sf with 18 structures. 

 

The project is designed as a TYPE V-A construction. The project is currently under the Planning entitlement phase.
