Designed as a comprehensive commercial hub, this 10-acre development encompasses over 100,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use space across five distinct buildings. The site planning maximizes accessibility with 440 parking stalls to support a robust tenant program. The project is anchored by a 50,000 SF supermarket and a 20,000 SF junior anchor, complemented by Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and designated office suites.
The project successfully advanced through the entitlement phase in 2022 and is currently on hold.
