The project scope included a 100,000 square foot expansion to an existing parcel distribution facility as wells as the partial remodel and update to the existing 90,000 facility. The completed concrete tilt-up structure provided expanded package sorting and distribution capabilities, vehicle maintenance shop and interior two story operational office islands throughout the facility. Work included expansion of site facilities providing paved areas for trailer staging, a vehicle wash facility and fuel islands.
