The project consists of a two-story walk-up apartment community with 18 residential units in Roseville, California.

The building is designed in a traditional architectural style featuring gabled roof forms, covered balconies, trellises, and a complementary palette of horizontal siding and cement plaster. Private balconies and thoughtfully composed building elevations create a balanced rhythm of materials, openings, and architectural elements. The design enhances visual interest while providing functional outdoor living spaces and establishing a cohesive residential character that is compatible with the surrounding neighborhood.
