Rick has over 30 years of experience managing major project types including the
master planning and design of public- and private-sector projects for state and
local jurisdictions, corporate campuses, high-rise office buildings, high-rise mixeduse
residential buildings, and convention facilities. He has diverse experience with
design-build and fast-track projects and parking structures, and has completed
major projects with nationally known general contractors.
