marriott residence inn
alameda, CA
The project entails the development of a five-story, 173-room Marriott Residence Inn on a vacant 5.5-acre site within the Esplanade Development in Alameda.
Modular construction was employed to ensure consistent guestroom finish quality and to minimize on-site disruption. The building design reflects this construction approach, featuring clean, modern architecture. The structure comprises four stories of modular units above a single-level concrete podium that accommodates public and support spaces.
The project is currently on hold following the completion of the construction documents.
