The project is a three‑story, 220‑unit gated apartment community with approximately 400 parking spaces. The development consists of four residential buildings and a separate clubhouse, totaling approximately 205,000 SF.

 

Exterior materials include cement plaster and board‑and‑batten siding, creating a textured, layered architectural expression. Gable roofs and strategic material transitions are used to break down the scale and reduce the perceived massing of the three‑story buildings.
