HRGA

HRGA provided the conceptual design for the adaptive reuse of a historic warehouse into a restaurant featuring indoor dining and an outdoor dining area. The project included approximately 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

HRGA also served as the Lead Architect for a $20.6 million, 60,000-square-foot historic adaptive reuse project for D&S Development. The development included the renovation of two historic buildings into destination restaurants, along with a new 90-unit market-rate apartment building featuring ground-floor retail. Concurrently, the City implemented public improvements throughout Old Town, including parking, streets, sidewalks, utilities, and enhancements to the Old Town Plaza. The building is currently occupied by a brewing company. The project was completed in 2021.
