The project involves converting a three-story office building into a 14-room boutique hotel. The building retains its characteristic features, which align with the charm of Old Sacramento.

The exterior design of the building will remain unchanged, preserving its architectural features and maintaining its historical character. The existing signage will be retained to maintain consistency with the Old Sacramento style. In essence, no exterior changes are planned, ensuring the building continues to blend seamlessly with its surroundings.

 

The project's scope was the Entitlement phase only in 2025.
