HRGA

This is a three-story 40-unit affordable housing project on a sloping site in Shingle Springs. The two residential building blocks are complemented by a community center / management office support building. The carefully planned pathway system between buildings encourages social interaction among the residents, enhancing the sense of neighborhood. The juxtaposition of bold colors and unique roof shapes express a freshness and vitality while reaming responsive to budget constraints. The project was completed in 2014.
