HRGA

This is an 80-unit, two-story affordable housing project situated on a 6.2-acre site, which includes a community center and a management office support building. Careful attention to building location, entry orientation, and the organization of walking paths promotes interaction among residents and enhances the overall cohesiveness of the neighborhood. Additionally, the use of bold colors and the application of unique geometry for the roof shapes unify the building composition and reinforce a sense of community within its urban setting.  The project was completed in 2010.
