The project consists of a new four-story, 61,500-square-foot hotel featuring 114 guest rooms on a 2.29-acre site. Guest amenities include a welcoming lobby with lounge seating, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. The site accommodates 114 parking spaces to support hotel operations and guest needs. Construction is currently underway, with project completion anticipated in 2027.

The building exterior incorporates cement plaster with varied reveal patterns, cement board siding, and accent stone veneer at the main entry. The architectural character is defined by a dynamic composition of massing, material textures, complementary color contrasts, and strong vertical elements. A distinctive curved porte-cochere creates a prominent arrival experience and serves as a key architectural feature of the overall design.
