The four stories, 140 extended-stay Hyatt House Hotel embraces a contemporary and modern architectural style with functional amenities to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. The hotel is designed in an L-shape configuration, optimizing space and creating a sense of enclosure around a central courtyard or outdoor area, where the pool and lounge facilities are located.
The combination of metal panels and tile finishes, along with the signature corner tower, creates an eye-catching and sophisticated structure that reflects the hotel's commitment to contemporary design principles. A prominent corner tower acts as a focal point, signaling the hotel's presence and providing a visual landmark. The tower is complemented by a large canopy, which offers shade and protection for guests during arrivals and departures.
The project was completed in 2023.
