Hyatt Alila is a new 60 room "five-star" hotel and restaurant in St. Helena, located next to a winery and the California Culinary Institute and surrounded by vineyards and a creek. The project includes a historic renovation of the original Georgian Revival Farmhouse built in the early 1900s and new hotel rooms with balconies looking out over the vineyard and creek. A new 3,500 sf. conference facility and 3,500 sf. spa/fitness center is also included. The historic Acacia House includes a new 40 seat restaurant with a chef’s kitchen.
