This project is a design for a new 4-story, 96 room hotel in Alameda, Ca. The design embodies an appealing combination of fresh, energetic and engaging elements, to create a distinctive style that is true to the Holiday Inn Express brand. Through the design of the rounded edge, and recessed massing on the ground floor, the corner was designed to provided a sense of arrival to the guest. The project is currently in Entitlement phase.
