The proposed project is located on a 1.46‑acre undeveloped parcel along Fair Oaks Boulevard, positioned between Mission Avenue and Menlo Avenue. The site is zoned RD‑15 and is currently vacant. The project is a 20-unit, 19,000-square-foot multifamily residential development in Sacramento, comprised of two-story walk-up buildings and 44 parking stalls. The two‑story massing and gabled rooflines help maintain compatibility with neighboring single‑family homes. The color palette—deep gray, darker brown, medium brown, and off‑white—provides a subdued, contemporary residential expression.
