HRGA

This is a 90,000 sf expansion of a high-tech pump manufacturing facility in Sacramento that included remodeling of existing office space and upgrades to the original facade. The tilt-up concrete and steel frame building includes two levels of office space adjacent to the manufacturing floor and a new visitors entrance and lobby. The work included expansion of the facility's truck parking and loading docks.

The original 90,000 sf plant remained fully operational throughout the construction of this design-build project. Work was completed in three phases (addition, interiors, facade) over a 3-year period.
