The five-story with a basement, 75,000 sf, 52-unit market-rate apartment is proposed at 1st & E street corner in Davis, CA. 23 parking spaces are provided in the basement. The site is 0.33 acres in the Commercial Central Zone.
Exterior materials include thin brick with an aluminum storefront on the ground level, smooth stucco, and vinyl window on levels 2 -5. The proposal aims to comply with the Central City design principles.
The project was conceptual phase only in 2022.
