The three-story structure consists of a total of 30 residential units. The ground level features 6 units, while levels 2 and 3 each contain 12 units. The unit mix includes 12 studio apartments and 18 one-bedroom apartments, offering a balanced variety of living spaces.
The three-story building is designed with a simple approach, with gable-topped volumes, and a brick base to ground the base of the structures. These individual box forms are rhythmically arranged, creating a structured yet expressive composition that reflects the building's programmatic needs.
