This project comprises Phase IV of a six-phase data center. Planned for 72,000 sf at ultimate build-out, this is a leading-edge high-density 357-watts-per-sf facility. Phase IV included master planning for the entire facility and site infrastructure upgrades, including a new 30MVA (30,000 KVA) substation with capacity to provide power 50,000 homes. Secondary backup is provided by UPS and diesel generators. Excluding the substation, the construction cost for Phase IV is $35 million.
