This new 5,000 sf community center building and a planned future gymnasium were master planned into an existing 10-acre park in a residential suburban Sacramento neighborhood. The building includes an assembly space divisible by a sliding panel partition, a catering pantry with serving windows to both the interior and exterior, a music room, and office & reception/administrative space. New site development consisted of expansion of the parking lot, a water play splash pad, outdoor patio space and related utility infrastructure improvements necessary to support the future development. Design services included programming and master planning, and a detailed code/site/utility investigation and report.
