HRGA

This project consists of a three-level 193,450 sf, 540-space parking garage with a fourth-floor helipad for air ambulance access. A dedicated elevator provides emergency gurney conveyance to the ground floor.
Design constraints included a sloping site, existing utilities, and required setbacks. Construction was completed within a fully operational hospital campus. This was a design-build project costing $12M.
