The project proposes to develop 351 market-rate rental apartment units on an 8.76-acre vacant lot located at 8373 Bruceville Road across from the Cosumnes River College campus. The proposed project will include 351 parking stalls.
The proposed project is designed to cluster residential blocks to create a community feel with shared public spaces such as an open park, outdoor pool, and club center. Parking is provided at the perimeter of each cluster of residential blocks. Residents can easily access their units and the courtyard through breezeway connections.
The project is designed as a three-story walk-up, TYPE V-A construction. The project is within the College Square Planned Unit Development (PUD). The project was approved in 2019. The entitlement phase scope only service.
