The project aims to develop 1,600 market-rate rental apartment units on a 73-acre vacant lot located in Antelope, California.. The complex includes two club centers, an outdoor swimming pool, and 2,600 surface parking stalls.
The project is designed as a three-story walk-up, TYPE V-A construction. The project was conceptual design phase only.
