The 1.98-acre project site is located in Sacramento, CA. The project includes the development of a six-story, 320 units with a 340,000 sf building area. The site has an old Mary Ann's bakery warehouse building. The project plans to restore the existing brick warehouse structures for the amenities such as a lounge, fitness, lobby, and co-working space for the residents.

 

The building mass is stepped in to reduce the scale from the neighbors. The separate parking structure facing the highway is considered. The development aims to retain and enhance the historic characteristics and ensure that the new construction reflects the residential scale and character of the neighborhoods.
