The project features a six-story, 252-unit, 205,000 sq. ft. residential tower, with 103 of the units designated for UC Davis students. The ground floor includes 15,000 sq. ft. of UC Davis administrative space. Amenities for residents include a lounge, fitness center, study room, bike room, game room, and an outdoor deck on the second floor. Adjacent to the residential tower, HRGA has also designed a 35,000 sq. ft. freestanding office building.
Located in Sacramento's innovation district, Aggie Square integrates UC Davis research, innovative companies, startups, and community talent. It is designed to foster "ecosystems" in emerging technologies and life sciences, offering inclusive teaching and training programs from entry-level roles to doctoral degrees.
