141-unit, six-story Aggie Square residential tower with 15,000 sf of UC Davis spaces on the ground floor. The amenities include the lounge, study room, bike room, and an outdoor deck on the second floor. It will have 12 parking stalls on the ground level. The 35,000 sf of the academic office building is also planned next to the residential tower.
Construction for UC Davis Aggie Square started in June 2022. In Sacramento innovation district, leading-edge UC Davis research, innovative companies and startups, and talent from across our community come together at Aggie Square. Aggie Square is designed to host whole "ecosystems" in emerging areas of technology and life sciences, with inclusive teaching and training programs from entry-level jobs to doctoral degrees.
HRGA is the architect for the residential building and free-standing office building.
