The Folsom Blvd apartment complex is a proposed 5-story, 124-unit market-rate apartment within an existing office building parcel. The 55-foot tall structure will yield around 103,090 square feet, with 44 studios, 58 one-bedrooms, and 22 two-bedrooms. Surface parking will be included for 250 cars, divided into 125 stalls for office employees, 124 stalls for residents, and 1 stall for retail.

The ground level employs a thin brick base, while the upper levels showcase cement plaster complemented by accent cement board siding (Hardie Panel). Special attention is given to the corner facing Folsom Boulevard, incorporating projected balconies, changes in building planes, and material transitions to create a striking architectural feature that engages with its surroundings.
