326 5th street apartments
sacramento, CA
The 5th Street Apartment is a project designed for a five-story, 30-unit market-rate apartment building. Situated between the 5th Street and the adjacent railroad tracks, the site is bordered by the Broderick Roadhouse restaurant in the rear.

The architectural design features a blend of modernity and context sensitivity. The building's massing is strategically stepped back from 5th Street on the fifth level, creating a rooftop patio space.

The exterior materials are chosen for their aesthetic appeal and durability. Cement plaster and thin brick are the primary materials, complemented by metal balconies and railings for an industrial touch.
