2700 l street, event hall HOtel
sacramento, CA
Constructed in 1926, the historic building is a two-story, C-shaped structure of approximately 21,400 square feet organized around a central courtyard opening to L Street. The property is listed on the Sacramento Register of Historic and Cultural Resources and is recognized as a significant historic resource in the City of Sacramento.
The project proposes the adaptive reuse of the historic church and adjacent office spaces into a boutique hotel with event facilities. The design preserves the building’s historic character while introducing a sustainable new use that supports its long-term preservation and viability.
The project is entitlement process in 2026.
