The project is a seven-story mixed-use development located at the northeast corner of 21st and K Street. The building is a type IA - concrete podium and IIIA construction and is comprised of two hundred and thirty-nine (239) units.
The building has 1,900 sqft of corner retail space along the K Street side. There are 144 parking spaces on two levels of below-grade parking, at-grade parking, and on the 2nd level of parking.
