The 2031 K Street project is a three‑story mixed‑use development located in Sacramento. The project includes 45 market‑rate residential units and approximately 1,400 SF of ground‑floor retail space, contributing to an active and walkable streetscape.

Special design attention is focused on the K Street frontage. Two floating building volumes create a strong architectural termination at the corner, while the articulated retail façade—with a proposed tile design—adds visual interest and enhances the pedestrian experience along the corridor.
