The five-story, 82,000 sf, 94 unit market-rate apartment is proposed at 12th & E street corner in Sacramento. 15 parking spaces behind the building are planned to access from the alley. The site is 0.59-acres in the General Commercial C-2 Zone and Central city (Neighborhood).
Exterior materials include thin brick with an aluminum storefront on the ground level, smooth stucco, and vinyl window on levels 2 -5. The proposal aims to comply with the Central City design principles.
