HRGA was retained to design 4 stories - 37,000 sf a community gathering place in 1.5 acres serving the recreational needs of the community. The project will be ready for future tram connections between the State Line, Ski Run Boulevard and Lakeview Commons. A Unique Tahoe style architecture with natural landscaping is considered, possibly a water feature a waterfall on the west end supported by boulders making it potentially a discovery or educational garden with koi fish, native vegetation – and to include sculptures with “art walk”

Project team envisioned an accessible, interconnected, and sustainable system of diverse, year-round recreation opportunities for residents and visitors in order to connect visitors to the natural environment and support our shared future in the South Shore. The program includes 11,000 sf of retails on the ground floor and 27,000 sf of 17 residential units on the second and third floor. Collaboration with Michael Peloquin, PELOQUIN PLANNING and Jon Stoumen, Architect.
