This 4-story fast-tracked 330,000 sf building was the first to be constructed on a greenfield campus site in Riverton, Utah. The ground floor includes a cafeteria, training facility, visitor center, labs and offices, while upper floors accommodate open office, plus a call center, labs, conference rooms and related support functions. The 25,000 sf cafeteria features a kitchen capable of serving 1,300 meals during peak use and a dining room with seating for 900. An outdoor landscaped dining courtyard is adjacent to the dining hall.
This 330,000 sf $70M project was completed in 2001 .
