ICU/Med Surgery Patient Room Buildout: This project consists of 24,000 sf interior improvements for ICU and med surgery patient rooms on the 4th floor of patient tower at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville, California, and was the final interior buildout for the patient tower. The project was valued at $3.5 million and included relocation of the pharmacy.
