HRGA

This project includes a 1,200 seat theater and Performing Visual Arts Studio at the edge of the Railyard development district. A large public gathering space is positioned in front of Performing Arts Center. It is connected by a pedestrian bridge from 6th street on its east side. The 20,000 sf of retail space along adjacent streets serve to link the development to the downtown business district and encourage pedestrian access. The brick façade is responsive to the historic railyard context.
