This 38,000 square foot office building consolidates the administrative functions of the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento from several wide-spread offices into one facility. A two story, steel frame building with a plaster and brick veneer, the project provides private and open-plan office areas, meeting rooms and a social hall with seating capacity for 300 people. The building included a complete Energy Management Control System with lighting control interface for lighting and temperature controls. Site work included an inner courtyard, parking lot and street frontage and a rear courtyard with a transition to the adjacent cemetery.
