The 47,000 sq. ft. of golf club house proposal includes Locker rooms, Fitness facility, Spa, Hair Salon, Golf Shop, 12,000 sf banquet space along with kitchen, and 40 hotel rooms on second & third floor. The main idea is to create for the club members to relax, entertain, maintain healthy life, and create memories with members. This addition to existing hotel is organically connected to surrounding landscape. Each interior spaces will have an unique view to outdoor space. The scope includes renovation for existing restaurant, hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and main lobby.
