This $1M exterior renovation project updates a 1980s vintage two-building garden office complex in suburban Sacramento. The improvements for each two-story building includes: enclosing the center open-air courtyard space; adding glass lobbies at the north and south ends; replacing the stairs and 2nd floor guardrails; and installing new finishes at all walls and walking surfaces, including new exterior brick to replace the wood siding.
