midtown MIXED-USE apartment

The project is located at Midtown street corner in Sacramento. The project was planned for a six-story, 117 unit market-rate apartment with retail spaces on the ground floor and swimming pool & fitness center on the second-floor podium. The apartment will include over 13,000 sf of retail space.

 

The total building area is approximately 167,000 sf including 14,700 sf area to accommodate 103 stalls using a mechanical parking system. The estimated project cost is around 45-50 M.

This was a feasibility study.
