HRGA

This is an 80-unit, two-story affordable housing project on a 6.2 acre site, and includes a community center and management office support building. Careful attention to building location, orientation of entries and organization of walking paths promotes interaction among the residents, and enhances the overall cohesiveness of the neighborhood. Additionally, the use of bold colors and the application of unique geometry for the roof shapes unify the building composition and reinforce a sense of community within its urban setting.  Construction is underway for the 40-unit Phase 1 and community building.
