Las Alcobas is a new 60 room "five star" hotel and restaurant in St. Helena, located next to a winery and the California Culinary Institute, and surrounded by vineyards and a creek. This new hotel is a historic renovation of the original Georgian Revival Farmhouse built in the early 1900's, and new hotel rooms, with balconies , looking out into the vineyard and creek. A new 3,500 sf. conference facility and 3,500 sf. Spa looking out to the creek are also included. Valet parking in a secured lot allows car free walking access through plazas and gardens to rooms. The historic Acacia House will serve as reception area, and includes new 40 seat restaurant with chefs kitchen, five suites on second floor and manager services on third floor.

The Acacia House with all its history will be uniquely updated to create a clean modern architecture that matches the best of the Valley and aligns with the highest guest expectations. Much like the historic estates and old vines that give life to modern and exciting new vintages and blends, this property is a purposeful combination of old and new in both design and function. The estate is a deliberately unfolding experience and a play on juxtaposing modern architecture with old world hospitality.

Programs include total of 60 high-end hotel rooms in three buildings, a 3,500 square foot meeting & conference room, and a 3,500 square foot spa/fitness center. Currently it's under construction.
