The project is to develop the 201-room Dual branded Hyatt Place & Hyatt House in the empty lot next to the existing Four Points hotel at Del Paso Road in North Natomas.

 

The building is designed as a four-story, TYPE III-A &V-A construction and is positioned for maximum visibility from Del Paso Road and Highway I-5. The building is positioned close to Del Paso Road and away from the residential properties on Duckhorn Drive to preserve privacy.

 

The project was completed in 2023.
