The project focus is the development of a 122-room Hyatt Caption Brand within the Roseville Junction development. This endeavor extends beyond accommodation, as we envision a comprehensive experience that includes not only the hotel but also amenities such as restaurants, beer gardens, and a Pickleball center. The building is designed as a four-story, TYPE V-A construction.

The key design focus is the proximity of the hotel to the Beer Garden. This intentional placement serves to enhance the guest experience by fostering a seamless connection between the hotel and the vibrant atmosphere of the Beer Garden.
