This mixed-use parking structure was is the first building constructed from the master plan for downtown business area, and is located in the heart of historic Folsom. Designed to accommodate 320 cars for commuters and retail shoppers, this structure also includes 5,000 sf of retail space on the ground level. Building materials and the architectural vocabulary are carefully integrated to respond to the surrounding historic context, and includes the use of steel members of varying shapes and sizes around open areas.
