The project is to construct a new 54,600 square foot, three-story Hampton Inn & Suite hotel with 93 guest rooms, function spaces, a small bar/dining area, meeting room and associated management and operations facilities on 2.9 acres in the vacant lot.
The building design creates an honest & local style aesthetic that complements surrounding structures, while implementing different earthy tone colors and materials to create its own sense of place.
