EPIC MIXED-USE CONDOMINIUM

SACRAMENTO, ca

This world-class, mixed-use 49-story 638' tall, highrise condominium was designed in association with Daniel Libeskind Studios of New York. Proposed for construction at 12th & I Streets in downtown Sacramento, the project will include 354 residential units on 44 floors, along with 65,850 sf of retail and office uses occupying five floors and a mezzanine. A 13,000 sf amenity level serves the residential tower.
The project will include an integrated on-site parking structure providing a total of 413 parking spaces for residents and office users. The anticipated construction cost is $200M. The project is currently on hold.
